mo'to'-si'ko´sis

It is through our own human addiction that we take part in activities that make us feel something different than we're used to. By positioning ourselves within the comfort of discomfort and the repetition of change, whether it's designed or coincidence, we find the experiences that remind us of the reasons why we're here. This is an exploration into the mental phenomena of the human experience. Please explore the ARCHIVES at the bottom of this page. kclickenger@c-jr.com

KLR gets a new tank!

Continuing with the preparations of the KLR.. I swapped out the stock metal tank for a 6.6 gallon IMS plastic version.. while I was at it, I replaced the failure-prone, vacuum petcock with a full-manual one from a Yamaha WR400.. a perfect fit and smooth as silk..

Unfortunately, my Wolfman tank bag doesn't work so well on this tank.. So I guess I'll be switching to the Wolfman tank panniers instead.. oh well.. small price to pay for a 350 mile range!

Check out how bad ass this set up looks now!
